During her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL Dr. Jinny Gunn chose to focus on the surgical management of breast disease. A member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and The Society of Surgical Oncology, she has held multiple positions within the Florida Medical Association. Her clinical and research interests include the surgical management of breast disease, skin sparing, nipple sparing and oncoplastic techniques. She utilizes wireless localization and aesthetic scar incision placement. In addition to breast care, she also offers surgical treatment for melanoma, benign skin diseases, anorectal problems and minimally invasive approaches for hernia repair.
