Lanctot is a visionary health care executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience spanning APP administration, perioperative services and pediatric clinical operations. As director of advanced practice providers at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen clinical quality, workforce effectiveness and organizational performance across multiple service lines. In her role, Lanctot oversees APP strategy, recruitment, development and retention, ensuring providers practice at the top of their license while delivering exceptional patient outcomes. She has driven key institutional advancements, including the design and implementation of the Acute Care APP Fellowship Program — creating a sustainable pipeline for clinical talent — and the establishment of structured professional advancement pathways that have enhanced engagement and reduced attrition to below 10%, surpassing national benchmarks. An expert in workforce planning, credentialing governance and cross-functional leadership, Lanctot collaborates closely with executive, medical and operational teams to align clinical performance with institutional goals, serving as a voting member on the Credentials and Workforce Management committees. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping policies that ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability and excellence in patient care delivery. A respected educator and mentor, Lanctot is committed to cultivating the next generation of advanced practice leaders. She serves as adjunct faculty for both the Johns Hopkins and Rush University colleges of nursing and has presented nationally on APP organizational structure and policy innovation. Lanctot earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama and a Master of Science in nursing from Emory University.
