Originally from Cuba, Dr. Machin came to the United States at age 15 with a dream of helping others through healthcare. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Florida International University in 2016 before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at New York University College of Dentistry, where she graduated with honors in 2022. During her time in New York, she dedicated herself to providing compassionate dental care to underserved communities throughout the city. After completing her studies, Dr. Machin began her career in Greenville, South Carolina, with Aspen Dental before moving to St. Petersburg, Florida. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Machin is a passionate foodie who loves spending weekends with her husband and their puppy, Nala, exploring new restaurants and local adventures around the Tampa Bay area.
