Unprofessional establishment

I have gone to this mail joint three times. First the owner Sam did a wonderful job. Despite the texting in between the gel nail process he was engaged and his work was perfect. I went back the Second time and his mother did my nails. She unlike her son try to do short cuts. She did not soak my nail off, instead she drilled the Gel off! I went back a third time and she soaked the gel off correctly except for two fingers where the gell was thicker because of the previous glitter. She instead tried to paint over it leaving a raised hump. Everytime I showed her she said No it be ok...I finally decided to stop asking her cause she kept refusing. I went to pay and she overcharged me in the process. When u cl called her out on it she was surprised and began apologizing asking if I was coming back. I tipped her all 3 times and still got cranky service. I will never go back to her. If you go to this nail salon ask for Jackie and Sam they are excellent. The nail shop needs a make over. There are some things that need to be cleaned and more light should be added to brighten the shop. 18 years in the business does not make you a good Salon...just makes you a convenient to those who live in the neighborhood and have limited transportation or those that have no idea of how a professional shop should be.
